Our fee can be charged in various ways and is always a fair reflection on the administration time spent on arranging your services.

Fee Structure 1

Adding an uplift onto the unit rate. This may be 1p, 2p or 3p, depending on the consumption used and the time spent arranging the contracts.

Please note, unlike other brokers, we never include multiple uplifts and only ever uplift on the unit cost and not both unit rate and standing charges.

Fee Structure 2

No uplift to the contract is added but we will charge you a flat rate for our services provided, particularly if it includes a meter install as there’s much more time spent arranging this.  This will either be done through the supplier or we will issue you a Reshape Energy Quotation.
